Villa Giulia is a three storey property situated in the exclusive and unspoilt sea resort town of San Felice Circeo, within approximately one hour’s drive from Rome. San Felice Circeo is situated within the region of Lazio and province of Latina and lies within approximately 100 kilometres (60 miles) south of Rome. It is blessed with arguably the most attractive and cleanest beach within the Roman coast line and boasts Punta Rossa, one of the best scuba diving resorts in Italy. It is a quaint and pretty town with a population of only 9,000 and dates back to the 4th century AC. Other important sites are the Neanderthal Man Cave that was discovered in the 1940’s and the Acropolis, the town’s defensive wall, dating back to 393 AC.


The town hosts the seaside Port of Circeo, which is dotted with a variety of restaurants and other attractions typical to such resorts.
