 All apartments in SANDY COVE HOLIDAY COMPLEX will have panoramic sea views with a view to the old Sozopol. There are 31 Apartments in the complex. 26 of these are 2 bedrooms duplex and 5 are 3 bedroom penthouse apartments with rooftop Solarium. The complex is divided in to three sections surrounding a beautiful pool.
The SANDY COVE complex is far from the noisy part of the town and is situated on the slope of a tiny peninsula called “Budjaka”, where people will enjoy the wonderful sea view and the peacefulness of the surroundings. The area there is expected to become the most luxurious region on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, where only expensive villas and small modern hotels will be built. Building restrictions are very strict and the allowed built-up area is only 20 - 30. Thus the nature will be preserved and a feeling of personal space and privacy is created.
The apartments vary in size from 46 sq.m to 150 sq.m. The SANDY COVE complex will be finished to very high building standard.
